Neil serves the team as the Manager of Operations. Championing the team’s mission, vision, and values, Neil acts as the primary integrator of competing priorities to ensure successful day-to-day business operations. As the principal project manager, he synthesizes the team’s best resources–human, educational, and technological–in service of NPA's phenomenal clients.

Neil comes to NPA with extensive leadership experience in the education, technology, and non-profit sectors, bringing his trademark energy and enthusiasm. He and his wife Kelsey live in Southern New Hampshire with their four children, and together they enjoy skiing, hiking, swimming, kayaking, and diving into Granite State history.
