Emily serves on the team as the Chief Financial Officer, office manager, and business strategist. She also orchestrates the business' employee benefits and charitable giving, both locally and internationally. Emily retired in 2023 from the New Hampshire Air National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel where she served for over 22 years. During her years in the Air Force she deployed all around the world, held various leadership roles at Pease, and on multiple occasions served the state of New Hampshire during natural disaster emergencies. 

Emily resides in Rollinsford, NH, with her husband, Jason, and their children Noah, Phoebe, Jesse, and Zoey. Jason and Emily are certified foster parents as well, so the amount of kiddos they have in their house changes!
